My phone was just stolen

Open the theft kit in any browser. It shows the steps in the right order, no account needed.

Apps are not hiding on my iPhone

Check that Camuflo has Screen Time access in iPhone Settings → Screen Time. Without that permission, the app shows “Control unavailable”.

I did not get the code by email

The code comes from nao-responda@camuflo.com within a minute. Check your spam folder. You can request up to 5 codes per hour.

How to cancel or get a refund

Apple bills the subscription. Cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. For refunds, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

How to delete my account

In the app or at app.camuflo.com, open Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate.
